Tyson's Ball Park brand has rolled out Ball Park Fully Loaded Nacho Cheese Franks, a summer flavor mashup in one delicious frank that fans can enjoy at home. Tyson's Aidells brand also launched two new products: Cotija Cheese & Fire Roasted Poblano Smoked Beef Sausage Links, and Fire Roasted Tomato and Romano Cheese Meatballs.
San Francisco-based private equity investor Encore Consumer Capital said it completed the $87 million sale of its portfolio company, Aidells Sausage Company, Inc. to Sara Lee Corporation.
In conjunction with a third-quarter earnings release, Sara Lee Corp., Downers Grove, Ill., said it agreed to buy premium processor Aidells Sausage Company Inc., San Leandro, Calif., for $87 million.
