With quick and easy access to Interstates 77 and 90, the public refrigerated warehouse will provide its customers with a full range of frozen distribution services.

The 207,285-square-foot cold storage facility in Springdale, Arkansas, will feature over 22,000 pallet positions.

The project is set to break ground on the first phase of construction this spring and will include a 281,849 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse.

 M Culinary Concepts signed a long-term lease back for the full facility. 

Provender acquired the vacant facility at 5300 Great Oak Drive in late October, which marked the firm’s entry into the Florida market.  

The buildings, totaling more than 700,000 square feet of space, are located in Denton and San Antonio, Texas.

The new facility is scheduled to be operational by late summer 2024.
