Chunking frozen, tempered or firm products

GENMAC’s Model 2601CS Chunker is designed to chunk frozen, tempered, or firm products in preparation for further processing. Use it to reduce frozen meat, poultry, pork, fruit, vegetables and fish. With a block capacity of up to 10” thick x 24” wide x 24” long, it also has been used with frozen blocks down to 5".
