Logistics: New execs at SCS, Burris, Loop

Logistics Execs on the Move: SCS Refrigerated Services, Algona, Wash., said it hired Jeff Jones, a 20-year-plus sales and operations veteran, as company president. Jones previously worked with Mobile Storage Group and Cintas Corp. . . Burris Logistics, Milford, Del., said it hired public refrigerated warehousing veteran Kirk Hoover as vice president of business development. Hoover has more than 30 years of industry experience in sales management, national account sales, transportation and operations from posts at AmeriCold Logistics, Atlanta, and Continental Freezers, Chicago. . .  Loop Cold Storage Co., McAllen, Texas, said it hired Judson Anderson as executive vice president and chief operating officer. A 34-year logistics veteran, Anderson most recently served as general manager for Versacold's two cold storage operations in Fort Worth, Texas.
