Logistics Briefs: Henningsen Cold Storage, Hillsboro, Ore., said Chris Marsh, chief executive officer for Pulse Health, joined the company's board of directors. Prior to his work with Pulse, a medical technology firm, Marsh held executive posts with Kronos Inc. and E*Trade. . . . HK Systems Inc., a Milwaukee, Wis.-based supplier of automated material handling and supply chain systems, said it  formed HK Facility Services, a new division  to manage and/or support facility equipment and maintenance activities.
