Weaver to lead H.C. Brill

Bret Weaver has succeeded Troy Hendricks as president and chief executive officer at H.C. Brill Company Inc., a Tucker, Ga., supplier of frozen breads, rolls, cakes and sweet goods to in-store and foodservice operators. Weaver previously was vice president of business development with CSM Bakery Supplies North America. He also has held  president and chief executive officer titles at Westco and BakeMark East. A subsidiary of CSM Bakery Supplies, H.C. Brill processes and distributes products under the Brill, Karp's, Henry & Henry and Orth brands.
