Mar-Lees Seafood names new VP

Mar-Lees Seafood LLC, New Bedford, Mass., a shellfish and appetizer product supplier, announced it has appointed Zac Schwarzbach as vice president of sales & marketing. Schwarzbach brings more than 10 years of seafood industry sales experience, with a history of growing large, high profile customers.

The company said Schwarzbach’s hiring positions Mar-Lees to focus on growing its business in not only their core market segments, but also in new segments. Schwarzbach will be working out of Mar-Lees’ new production facility, which opened in late August.
