Agropur buying Minnesota milk processor

The Canadian dairy cooperative Agropur, Longueil, Quebec, said it expects this Dec. 23, 2008, to complete its purchase of Schroeder Milk, a Maplewood, Minn., milk processor. Officials say Schroeder will keep its name and management and become part of the Agropur Division Natrel (fluid milk business).
