VersaCold Logistics, Vancouver, B.C., and Atlas Cold Storage, Toronto, officially merged and will operate under the named VersaCold Logistics Services.
"Unifying the business will have a great clarifying effect in the marketplace," said VersaCold President & CEO Brent Sugden. "We will have one strong brand stretching coast to coast in the United States and Canada, along with the company's already existing presence in Australia, New Zealand and Argentina."
VersaCold Logistics Services is based in Vancouver and operates more than 120 temperature-controlled warehouses worldwide.
