Hunt to replace Scalise at Ralcorp Frozen Bakery

Private label foods giant Ralcorp Holdings Inc., St. Louis, said frozen bakery products division President Richard Scalise will resign effective April 3 to pursue other opportunities. Kevin Hunt, Ralcorp's co-CEO and president, will assume Scalise's position and responsibilities. Ralcorp's frozen bakery division reported more than $700 million in annual sales last year. The business supplies frozen par-baked breads, cookies, Danish, biscuits, muffins, waffles and other products to retail customers.
