EXECS ON THE MOVE: Diversified frozen food giant Schwan Food Company, Marshall, Minn., said it hired Yvonne La Penotiere as the company's first chief strategy and marketing officer. Le Penotiere previously was chief branding officer for Carlson Hotels Worldwide. . . . Cheese processor Sargento Foods, Plymouth, Wis., announced several appointments. David Vroom was named senior vice president and general manager. Rod Hogan was promoted to senior director of new business development. Mike Gordy was named president-Food Ingredients Division.
