Southern Cold taps Stellar for $11 million freezer

Stellar, a Jacksonville, Fla., design, engineering, construction and mechanical services firm, said it expects by August to build a $11 million refrigerated distribution center for Southern Cold Storage in Gadsden, Ala. Upon completion, the 70,000-square-foot warehouse will be attached by connecting corridor and pallet conveyor to a new meat processing facility (also under construction) for Keystone Foods LLC.
