New UpSides savory side dishes from Simplot Food Group allow operators to offer ethnic side dishes that taste homemade - without making them from scratch. UpSides Gourmet Pasta Blends feature IQF pasta blended with vegetables, herbs and seasonings. They can be served across the menu as salads, ingredients in wraps, or as heat and serve side dishes. Varieties include Roasted Apple Orzo and Orzo Toscano.
