Helen's Kitchen Burrito Bowls

Want to go bowling? Helen's Kitchen, Irvine, Calif., says its two new frozen Burrito Bowls offer consumers a "delicious, nutritious and convenient meal at home, at work or on the go."

Helen’s Kitchen specializes in organic and vegetarian frozen entrees. Officials note that the two new Burrito Bowls offerings also are gluten free.

New Fiesta Black Bean Bowl contains organic brown rice, spinach and black beans.  A new Veggie Fajita Bowl contains organic black beans, corn and Anaheim peppers. Both products contain two servings of vegetables, 10 grams of protein and are a good source of fiber.

In addition to being gluten and meat-free, both are also free of GMOs, trans fat, MSG, antibiotics, steroids or genetically modified substances, the company says.
