Product Blending Conveyor

Engineered to mix multiple food ingredients and apply seasonings, the Heat and Control FastBack blending conveyor has load cells that measure the delivery of each ingredient to maintain a blend accuracy of more than 1.5% per constituent, depending on the product. Horizontal motion conveying prevents separation of blended ingredients and reduces coating loss and buildups in the conveyor pan. A menu-driven recipe selection promotes consistent blend quality.
