Diversified Holding Company Scoops up Sausage Producer

Harry C. Wenzel & Sons, Inc. sold its company to Castleray, LLC, a Chicago-based, diversified holding company.

As a result, Castleray formed Wenzel’s Farm, LLC, which will continue to operate out of its Marshfield, Wis., headquarters under the Wenzel’s Farm Sausage brand. Castleray will retain the current management and employees, with Mark Vieth staying on as company president.
