Nestlé Spain Sell La Cocinera Frozen Business to Findus Spain

As part of its ongoing portfolio review, Nestlé Spain signed an agreement to sell its La Cocinera brand of frozen ready-to-eat meals to Findus Spain.

The divestment includes the La Cocinera brand and the Valladolid factory. The chilled dough products (obleas, puff pastry, pie dough, etc.) are not part of the deal.

The agreement is subject to the approval of the Spanish competition authorities.
