JBT Acquires Liquid Foods Solutions Provider

Chicago-based JBT Corp. acquired the remaining shares of Stork Food & Dairy Systems B.V., a European supplier of integrated processing and filling lines for the dairy, juice and food processing industries.  

Last year, JBT purchased Stork Food & Dairy’s ICS Solutions business, Gainesville, Ga.
