Piller’s Fine Foods debuts new salami offerings

Piller's Fine Foods, Canada, expanded its Black Kassel brand of deli meats.

The Black Kassel brand uses old-world techniques and recipes, and includes salamis available at the deli counter, specialty items and pre-packaged sliced meats.

New to the lineup are:

Old Forest flower-shaped salami, perfect for deli trays and sandwiches.

Mustard Seed square-shaped salami is mixed with mustard seed and a hint of garlic.

Gypsy round-shaped salami is a blend of pork infused with cayenne pepper.

Picante flower-shaped salami features the flavor of Habanero pepper.
