Salame meat snacks

Columbus Craft Meats, Hayward, Calif., launched two new snack lines. 

"People continue to replace traditional meals with snacks, and now we offer Columbus' delicious salami products in a snack size to enjoy while on-the-go," says Joe Ennen, chief executive officer.

Paninos are bite-sized rolls of salumi and cheese, and now come snack-sized packages of two:

Genoa Salame rolled with Mozzarella Cheese

Hot Sopressata rolled with Mozzarella Cheese

Prosciutto rolled with Mozzarella Cheese

Italian Dry Salame rolled with Monterey Jack Cheese

For its Salame & Cheese Crisps line, Columbus paired its salami with sourdough cheese crisps for a convenient, on-the-go snack. These come in Italian Dry Salame and Cheese and Calabrese Salame and Cheese varieties.

Both snack-sized Paninos and Salame & Cheese Crisps are available in select grocery stores nationwide.
