Frozen gluten-free snack cake

Goodman Food Products, Madison, Conn., expanded its Goodman Gluten Free line of gluten-free baked goods to include a new frozen Vanilla snack cake.

“A cake that’s ‘big but not too big – and tasty.’ That’s what consumers told us they want,” says Bob Goodman, founder and CEO. “We tested various cake, frosting and sprinkle combinations and added the winner to our line. It serves 2-3 people, perfectly.”

The Goodman Gluten Free line is available in select Shaw’s and Star Market supermarkets located across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
