Atalanta acquires ANCO Fine Cheese from Schratter Foods

Atalanta Corp., an Elizabeth, N.J.-based specialty food importer, acquired All Nations Cheese Organization (ANCO) Fine Cheese, a Miami-based specialty cheese importer business, from Schratter Foods Inc., Fairfield, N.J.
