Remote support platform for inventory management

Kardex Remstar, Westbrook, Maine, introduced a new remote support platform to keep inventory all in one place.

The remote support platform consists of:

• Remote Assistance, which manages remote diagnostics, allowing for simple maintenance requests to be performed remotely instead of on-site, thus reducing downtime.
• Remote Analytics, which gives users access to machine data anywhere via a web browser.
