Orca Bay Foods relocates headquarters

The merger between Orca Bay Seafoods, Inc., Renton, Wash., and Odyssey Foods, LLC, Seattle, Wash., is forming a new company known as Orca Bay Foods LLC, scheduled to be fully completed on April 1, 2019.

During the interim, Orca Bay Seafoods and Odyssey Foods will operate as two separate co-operating companies.
   
But, the headquarters office will move Seattle.
