The Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), Alexandria, Va., conducted a survey of 200 food companies in 14 countries to understand what customers really care about.
One of the most common reasons for ceasing work with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider is due to customer service issues.
This survey was completed by a variety of audiences, majority being director and manger levels (675) and food manufacturers and processors (57%).
