Rubbed wedge cheese

Saputo Cheese USA Inc., Richfield, Wis., launched Stella Fontinella Rubbed Wedges, which are carefully hand-rubbed to create Basil Pesto, Harissa, Bourbonista and Black Pepper varieties.

Each flavor is rubbed onto the company’s very own Fontinella cheese, making them perfect for cheeseboards or melting into warm dishes.

The 6-ounce wedges are available at select retailers nationwide.
