Italy-based plant-based gelato brand comes to U.S. market

Valsoia SpA, Italy, debuted its plant-based frozen gelato to the U.S. market.

The line entails Almond Caramel (made with almondmilk), Cappuccino (made with cashew milk), Mint Chocolate Chip (made with coconut milk) and Vanilla Custard (made with almondmilk).
