Litehouse acquires Sky Valley Foods, invests $46M in first East Coast production facility

Litehouse, Inc., Sandpoint, Idaho, invested $46 million to acquire and expand Sky Valley Foods and establish its first East Coast production facility in Danville, Va. The company will retain Sky Valley Foods’ employees and create an additional 160 new jobs over the next five years.
