DPI Specialty Foods, Ontario, Calif., announced plans to close its Mid Atlantic facility in Upper Marlboro, Md., effective Oct. 26.
The Mid Atlantic plant has been a vital part of the DPI organization for nearly 20 years.
The company’s four logistics operations in Washington D.C., Boston, Indianapolis, and Chicago, were not impacted by this decision.
