Gloves protect against cuts, slashes

UniFirst Corp., Wilmington, Mass., released new Whizard Handguard II gloves, which consist of a heavy-duty combination of high-performance fibers and stainless steel to provide exceptional protection against cuts and slashes.

These gloves feature 3-inch cuffs for wrist protection in meat, poultry and seafood processing.

Plus, they are CFR 21-approved for food contact.
