Compostable packaging producer TIPA has announced its expansion into North America with new hires and a focus on developing US-based capabilities as demand continues to grow for sustainable packaging.

SideDrive Conveyor announced the addition of Tony Maniscalco to their organization as a business unit leader. With executive level management experience in global sales, marketing, production, engineering and distribution, Maniscalco will be responsible for overseeing daily activities as well as future growth opportunities.

Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) is pleased to announce Peggy Han as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVP/CFO). In this role, Han will oversee and manage controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and information technology. Han brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience and a lifetime of love for the Tillamook brand to the EVP/CFO position.

Tyson Foods announced today that COO Donnie King has been named President and CEO, effective immediately. Current President and CEO Dean Banks is leaving the company and board for personal reasons.

Alan Hewitt has been named business development manager at global flexible packaging and lidding films supplier KM Packaging. In his new role with KM, Alan will be responsible for sales of lidding film and flexible packaging in the UK and Ireland. 

Markus Wolf took over responsibility as Managing Director of Interroll Conveyor GmbH in Mosbach, Germany and both associated Global Centers of Excellence Conveyors and Pallet Handling. Most recently the 58-year-old Markus Wolf was the Chief Operating officer of a mid-sized company for driving shafts managing its seven production and assembly sites, located in Germany.

Stavis Seafoods, a multinational fishing company and seafood manufacturer, announced that Salvatore Bramante has joined the company as its new Vice President of Operations. 

Local Bounti, a U.S. indoor agriculture company, has promoted Biotech veteran Kathleen Valiasek to Chief Financial Officer and added food industry innovator Mark Nelson to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Danfoss has named Vikas Anand as vice president of sales in North America for its recently formed Climate Solutions business segment. Anand joins the US and Canada sales organization after leading the Danfoss Cooling business in Asia Pacific and India, where he focused on growing the business in areas related to infrastructure, energy efficiency, and climate change.

B&G Foods has appointed Kenneth C. “Casey” Keller as its next President and Chief Executive Officer, effective June 14, 2021. Mr. Keller will succeed B&G Foods’ Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, David L. Wenner, who will remain a director of the company and will work closely with Mr. Keller to ensure a seamless transition. Mr. Keller will also be elected to B&G Foods’ Board of Directors.
