Under the guidance of the U.S. Homeland Security and the Illinois Executive Order, Colborne Foodbotics and Yeaman Machine Technology are considered an essential services. We will remain open to continue to support and supply services and equipment necessary for our customers to remain operational.
Government officials have repeatedly stated that the food industry is a critical infrastructure industry and that bans and travel curfews should not apply to the food industry. Further, they are working to convey and increase their messaging this important message to state and local governments. In response to recent discussions with members, we have prepared a letter that you may share with your employees, providing legal justification for business travel as professionals in an industry that the government has deemed critical to this country.

Because of the services and products we provide to essential businesses like food, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturers nationwide, Viking Masek's US headquarters is currently deemed a “Supplier for Essential Business and Operations” and therefore will remain open. All departments at our US headquarters are currently functional and operating normally.
Flexicon Corporation has been granted a waiver by the State of Pennsylvania to continue operating during the COVID-19 outbreak due to its role in the supply chain for life-sustaining businesses, it was announced by David Gill, president.
Eaglestone is exempt from Governor's order for residents to remain indoors during COVID-19 pandemic.

Eaglestone Equipment qualifies as an exempt business and will remain open. Eaglestone Equipment manufactures and services equipment for companies that are exempt from the shelter-in-place order that are in the food, beverage and electric power generation industries. In order to support our customers who are deemed an essential business in the fight against COVID-19, Eaglestone Equipment will evaluate and prioritize our production schedule in order to meet the needs of these companies. For our customers who are not classified as an essential business, please know that we value your business and will strive to meet your requirements.
