The Refrigerated Foods Association is remembering longtime member John A. Zofchak, founder and President of Boston Salads & Prepared Foods, the company he established in 1991.
An RFA member since 1996, Zofchak was a leader in food manufacturing and distribution in New England and a supporter of numerous charities and community organizations.
He is survived by his wife, five children and six grandchildren.
