About Laoban Dumplings
Laoban Dumplings started as a dumpling shop in Washington, DC, in 2017. Teaming up with 5x Michelin-award Chef Tim Ma, Patrick Coyne was inspired to build Laoban Dumplings after teaching English in China, where he frequented a dumpling shop outside of his school. The success of the Laoban Dumplings flagship shop led Coyne and Ma to create a frozen take on the classic and beloved dish in 2021. Laoban Dumplings are made from scratch using all-natural, premium ingredients and are now available nationwide in over 1,500 stores.
