Grote Company, a manufacturer of reliable, top-quality food slicing and assembly equipment and parent company to industry suppliers Vanmark and PFI, has acquired ProFab, a food industry conveyor manufacturer, millwright, and process piping supplier and installer based in Springdale, Arkansas.
Established in 2003, ProFab is a one-stop shop for industrial food processing needs. The company designs custom stainless steel equipment for a broad range of industrial food processors across the U.S. Its team of experienced designers works closely with project managers to develop solutions that optimize manufacturing processes.

Grote will integrate ProFab into its brands over the next several months; however, the company will remain a standalone operation in Springdale.
