Ellenos Launches S’mores Yogurt

Like all Ellenos flavors, each batch begins with fresh, rBST-free milk from a local, family-run dairy, and it is swirled with a toasted marshmallow and chocolatey puree. Courtesy Sam Keeler.
Ellenos, a Seattle-based company making premium Greek yogurt, is debuting a new S’mores flavor rolling out now nationally in Whole Foods and other retailers, like Wegmans and Amazon Fresh.
Ellenos makes indulgent yogurt rooted in a family tradition that started in 2013 at Seattle’s Pike Place. Since its humble beginnings as a scoop shop, Ellenos has grown to offer various flavors sold in retailers nationwide. However, it’s still being made the same way it has been for over a decade — milk is sourced from a family-owned Washington dairy farm, and fruit purees and compotes are always made in-house.
The new S’mores yogurt is an ultimate treat, and it will transport you to a cozy campfire. Like all Ellenos flavors, each batch begins with fresh, rBST-free milk from a local, family-run dairy, and it is swirled with a toasted marshmallow and chocolatey puree. The yogurt comes with a topper of crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips.
