Track Food Quality, Safety
PakSense Labels monitor the temperature and time of a perishable item through distribution. Flashing lights indicate if temperature excursions have occurred and data collected by the label can be downloaded and graphed. PakSense labels promote better food quality and safety decisions, and effectively extend quality assurance programs into distribution channels to complete the quality control loop.- PakSense

Conveyor offers CIP
The Ashworth CIP System combines a unique mixing chamber with a spray bar and nozzles to complete the ideal conveyor belt cleaning environment. The mixing chamber has a two-stage design - first mixing water and air to create microscopic water droplets then expelling the droplets at very high speeds. The result is minute water droplets moving at more than 600 miles per hour, which penetrate every opening and crevice in the belt like tiny needles.- Ashworth Bros Inc.

Reduce labor
Reduce labor and improve product appearance and quality when producing marbled or swirled cakes and sweet goods with Hinds-Bock’s Automatic Swirlers. The swirl station mounts to an indexing conveyor down-stream of the second batter depositor and dives rotating fluted swirling blades into the cake pans. The rotating blades oscillate around the pan to swirl the two flavors together. A catch pan shuttles under the blades when retracted and each blade retracts into a special housing and spins at high speed to prevent build-up of product.- Hinds-Bock Corporation
