The USDA- and FDA-approved S-30 is a linear-motion heat sealing machine suited for wash-down environments. With an AC Servo drive, the S-30 is ideal for medium-speed applications, operating at up to 30 cycles per minute. Cups or trays are placed manually in the carriers. At each index containers can be filled, sealed and automatically discharged. An automatic in-feed system can be added for consistent product flow. Film is cut in between each container, leaving absolutely no waste of film.
