Chicken processing giant Pilgrim's Pride Corp., Pittsburg, Texas, said the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas has approved the company's hiring ofDon Jacksonas president and CEO. As previously announced, Jackson joined Pilgrim's Pride in December on an interim basis following the resignations of former executives Clint Rivers and Robert Wright.
Jackson previously was Poultry Division president at Foster Farms, Livingston, Calif. Foster Farms has yet to announce a successor to Jackson
