The Schwan Food Co., Board of Directors announced that Greg Flack has been named chief executive officer, president and chief operating officer.

Greg has more than 21 years of experience with the company and most recently served as Interim Leader, the company said. Greg's resume also includes posts as senior vice president and general manager of Schwan's Food Service, executive vice president for product and market strategy, and president of Schwan's Global Consumer Brands.
