Tree Top Inc., Selah, Wash., announced that it has purchased Sabroso Co., a Medford, Ore.-based processor that makes fruit purees and other fruit-based ingredients.

Sabroso will operate as a subsidiary of  Tree Top, a grower-owned cooperative, according to Associated Press reports. Sabroso earns $90 million in worldwide sales annually and has locations in Medford, Woodburn, Ore., and Oxnard, Calif.
