Sara Lee Corp., Downers Grove, Ill., recently announced a series of organizational changes. Officials said they have transferred frozen bakery and beverage (Senseo) operations from the North American Retail Bakery segment into the North American Retail Meats segment. As a result, Sara Lee's three North American businesses have been renamed as North American Retail (previously named North American Retail Meats), North American Fresh Bakery (previously North American Retail Bakery) and North American Foodservice (previously Foodservice) . . . . Hormel Foods Corp., Austin, Minn., said Mike Tolbert, president of Jennie-O Turkey Store will switch posts with Bob Tegt, group vice president for Hormel's specialty foods group.
