Michael Bauman(formerly with Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels) joined the company as vice president of North American sales.

IhabLeheta(formerly with Yves Veggie Cuisine) joined the company as vice president of business development, responsible for Canadian sales.

Moe Aminzadeh(formerly with Day4Energy) joined the company as director of engineering.

Susan McKellaralso joined the company as human resource manager.

Garden Protein markets its own line of refrigerated gardein meat substitute products, co-packs for several other branded and private label refrigerated and frozen customers and supplies the foodservice market.  Company officials noted that the business soon will process and distribute its own retail frozen gardein products.
