TMCI Holdings, Secaucus, N.J., said it hired consumer packaged goods veteran David Yale as president and CEO for its two operating subsidiaries, kosher foods processor The Manischewitz Company; and Cuisine Innovations LLC, a Lakewood, N.J., processor of Cohen's and Ratner's frozen hors d'oeuvres and specialty foods.

Officials said Yale most recently was a managing partner with Oceanview Partners, a joint venture with AEA Investors LLC, a private equity group. Yale has more than 25 years experience with Nestle, Kraft Foods/Nabisco and Hain Celestial Group.
