New York state officials saidKraft Foods Inc., Northfield, Ill., will expand Lunchables production at its Avon, N.Y., plant. The operation already employs about 360 people to produce frozen Cool-Whip and refrigerated Lunchables items for East Coast distribution. Kraft expects to complete the plant project later this year -- adding a new Lunchables line and hiring as many as 50 more workers.
