Thermoform packaging and sealing equipment supplier Sencorp Inc., Hyannis, Mass., said it merged with White Systems,a Kenilworth, N.J., supplier of automated carousel type storage and retrieval technologies for processing plants and distribution centers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sencorp President & CEO Brian Urban retains the same titles for the combined companies, which are organized under a common holding firm, SWS/TEK LLC. Officials said White manufacturing operations have moved to Sencorp's Hyannis manufacturing plant. Meanwhile, White retains its technical support facilty in New Jersey.
