Execs on the move at Jane's Dough, Agro Farma
EXECS ON THE MOVE
Donatos Pizza, Columbus, Ohio, said it hired Alan Hoover as general manager of Jane’s Dough Foods, a division of Donatos. Hoover most recently served as president and chief operating officer for Kahiki Foods, also located in Columbus, Ohio. Hoover also served as vice president of sales and marketing for Pressware International, a food packaging company, prior to joining Kahiki. He has more than 21 years of experience in the packaging industry, including stints with Sonoco Products and International Paper.
“Jane’s Dough Foods began just three years ago, and has quickly grown into a division with more than 1,400 points of distribution,” said Donatos President and CEO Tom Krouse. “We are excited to have Alan on board, as he reinforces our commitment to growing this part of our business, and provides the leadership necessary to take us to the national level.”
Officials say Jane’s Dough Foods provides pre-proofed dough, par-baked pizza crusts and pre-topped pizzas for some of the nation's largest foodservice distributors and retailers, totaling more than 1,400 points of distribution. Krouse said Hoover will work at Donato offices and manage Jane's Dough sales, marketing and operations, which include a manufacturing facility and bakery in Columbus.
Donatos Pizza, founded in 1963 by Jim Grote, is family-owned and operated, and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Donatos and its franchise partners operate more than 170 stores in six states.
Chobani Greek yogurt processor Agro Farma, Norwich, N.Y., said it hired Francoise Mattice as chief financial officer. Officials said Mattice brings more than 25 years of financial experience at international public and privately held consumer products companies in the grocery and dairy sectors.
