The deal is subject to antitrust review as well as approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Farmerville was one of three operations that Pilgrim's Pride had slated to close. The operation includes a processing facility, cook plant, hatchery, feed mill, protein conversion plant and associated inventory. . . . Upon completion, the operation will have a operating capacity of about 625,000 bagels per day, officials said.
