The Nest Collective, an Emeryville, Calif., specialist in organic and nutritional products for babies and kids, acquired Plum Organics, a New York City marketer of frozen organic baby food and toddler meals. Terms were not disclosed. Plum Organics will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Nest Collective. Nest also created Revolution Foods, a marketer of shelf-stable organic snacks and sandwich builders for K-12 school feeding programs.
