    * Rosa Mexicano Chicken & Cheese Enchilada with Ranchera Sauce - $7.99
    * Rosa Mexicano Salmon with Chipotle Pepper Sauce & Spicy Corn - $8.99
    * Rosa Mexicano Grilled Shrimp & Asparagus with Tomato-Caper Salsa - $9.99

New sides include:

    * Rosa Mexicano Achiote Rice & Black Beans - $2.99
    * Rosa Mexicano Creamed Corn "Esquites" - $3.99
